When a paid package expires, it will stay expired until renewed. Not ready to renew, or want to revert back to free?
At this time, you will need to contact Jigsy's Support Team at feedback@jigsy.com, via the Support Center or using the Jigsy Forum with this request as it is not possible for a member to manually downgrade a hosting package.
