The easiest and most efficient way to delete your Jigsy account is by contacting our support team. Once we receive your request, we’ll initiate the deletion process on your behalf.

Option 2: Manually Delete Your Account

If you prefer to delete your account on your own, you can do so with the steps below. Please be aware this process will take 2 days to complete.

Step 1: Delete All Websites Associated with Your Account

  • Log in to your Jigsy account.
  • Navigate to the Websites section.
  • Delete each website associated with your account. Please note it takes 48 hours for the websites to be fully deleted from our system.

Step 2: Delete Your Account

  • After 48 hours, the websites have been deleted and a link to delete your account will appear in your account settings.
  • Click on the delete link to start the account deletion process.


After the account deletion is initiated, all your data will be permanently erased.
