The Support Center is one of the many places members can get help with anything website builder. The website builder support team can be contacted directly in this area and responses to support tickets opened are responded to quickly.
This is not the only place to get help, however. We can also be contacted directly at feedback@jigsy.com and the growing community of members are always available to help out at the website builder Forum which is also routinely visited by the website builder team.
This Wiki should be a huge source of help for all website builder users - don't see something that should be included here? Let us know so we can improve it for you and other users!
Where to Find
At this time, the Support Center is available to members with paid hosting packages. For these members, the Support Center link is located in the Account Overview area as "Help Center".
Quick access to this Wiki or the website builder Forum is available via the help link on the Toolbar.
