The Support Center is one of the many places members can get help with anything website builder. The website builder support team can be contacted directly in this area and responses to support tickets opened are responded to quickly.
This is not the only place to get help, however. We can also be contacted directly at feedback@viviti.com and the growing community of members are always available to help out at the website builder Forum which is also routinely visited by the website builder team.
