This page is intended to be a complete list of the Frequently Asked Questions we receive regarding a variety of Viviti questions, whether they be from someone wanting more information before upgrading or creating an account, or a current member needing help performing a task within their account.

Much of this information may be found elsewhere in this Wiki, and some of these questions link to pages throughout it, but this page will serve as a single page resource for the basic questions we receive to assist current and potential members in getting quick answers to their questions.

Hosting:

Paid hosting package users enjoy a variety of benefits not available to those with Free and Trial packages.

We think you'll find we offer excellent value for each hosting package and that they are an affordable solution to your website hosting needs. As these prices and terms are subject to change, they will not be replicated here, but the most current available packages can be viewed per the below links.

What is the Trial hosting package?

We created the Trial package to give new members a sense of what a paid hosting package can offer as the Trial package has many of the features paid members enjoy.

This ad free package is available to new subscribers free of charge for the first 14 days as they begin the process of building a website with us. After this time, we ask that they choose from one of our free or paid packages.

We hope this package makes for an enjoyable first experience with Viviti and allows new users to discover what Viviti can do for them!

My trial has expired - what now?

If your free trial has expired, all that is needed to continue managing your site with us is to simply choose the hosting package your site is to continue with. We offer an advertisement supported free package, as well as a variety of paid plans.

We hope this free offering has been an enjoyable experience, allowing you to build your website with our powerful but easy to use builder and set of components, and ask that you select a paid hosting package if you enjoyed the features and benefits of your Trial package!

You can review and select one of our plans on the upgrade page of your Account Overview.

What is the Custom hosting package?

As a show of gratitude to our first members for their help in locating and reporting bugs as well as making suggestions during our beta testing stage, we have configured their accounts with a special Custom hosting package status. Because our beta testing stage is now complete, these accounts are no longer offered.

This package is similar to a pro hosting package and is ad free. There is no expiration date, but an upgrade would make more of the features we offer available to a Custom package user.

Does Viviti have an affiliate program?

Viviti does offer an affiliate program, not yet advertised on our site. For more information, please contact us.

Will there be any advertisements on my site?

Ads are not included with any of the paid hosting packages. The free hosting package does includes ads which are the means by which we are able to offer a free package. If you have a paid hosting package and ads persist, please check that any third party widgets aren't generating these.

Which browsers are compatible with Viviti?

We recommend downloading the latest version of Firefox for use with Viviti. It is also compatible with the latest versions of Safari, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer. Other browsers and earlier versions are supported, but for best use of our services, please try the above first.

If you are receiving a Browser Compatibility Warning when viewing your Account Overview page, we ask that you download the latest version of your browser, or use a browser supported by Viviti.

How do I report a bug or issue?

If you believe you've found a bug or serious issue within your account, please contact us at feedback@viviti.com, tell Viviti's Support Team at our Support Center or use the Feedback & Bug Reports section of the Viviti Forum. If you see an error page showing a capsizing sailboat, there's no need to contact us as we are automatically notified in these cases.
